PRORROGA DE RESTRICCION GRADUAL A NIVEL NACIONAL DE LAS GARANTIAS CONSTITUCIONALES PARA REFORZAR EL DISTANCIAMIENTO SOCIAL Y EVITAR LA PROPAGACION DE LA PANDEMIA COVID-19, CONTENIDA EN EL DECRETO EJECUTIVO NUMERO PCM-045-2020.
PRORROGA DE LAS MEDIDAS DE RESTRICCION A DERECHOS FUNDAMENTALES. Prorrogar por siete (7) dias, efectivo a partir del (6) de Julio del año dos mil veinte (2020) hasta el (12) del mismo mes y añ, la restriccion a nivel nacional de las Garantias Constitucionales establecidas en los articulos 69, 78, 81, 84, 99 y 103 de la Constitucion de la Republica, emitida mediante Decreto Ejecutivo en Consejo de Secretarios de Estado numero PCM-021-2020, reformado por los Decretos Ejecutivos Numeros PCM-022-2020, PCM-023-2020, PCM-026-2020, PCM-028-2020, PCM-031-2020, PCM-033-2020, PCM-036-2020, PCM-040-2020, PCM-042-2020, PCM-045-2020, PCM-047-2020, PCM-048-2020, PCM-052-2020, PCM-053-2020, PCM-056-2020 y PCM-057-2020.
PRORROGA DE LAS MEDIDAS DE RESTRICCION A DERECHOS FUNDAMENTALES. Prorrogar por siete (7) dias, efectivo a partir del trece (13) de Julio del presente año, hasta el diecinueve (19) del mismo mes y año, la restriccion a nivel nacional de las Garantias Constitucionales establecidas en los articulos 69, 78, 81, 84, 99 y 103 de la Constitucion de la Republica, emitida mediante Decreto Ejecutivo en Consejo de Secretarios de Estado numero PCM-021-2020, reformado por los Decretos Ejecutivos Numeros PCM-022-2020, PCM-023-2020, PCM-026-2020, PCM-028-2020, PCM-031-2020, PCM-033-2020, PCM-036-2020, PCM-040-2020, PCM-042-2020, PCM-045-2020, PCM-047-2020, PCM-048-2020, PCM-052-2020, PCM-053-2020, PCM-056-2020, PCM-057-2020 y PCM-059-2020.
PRORROGA DE LAS MEDIDAS DE RESTRICCION A DERECHOS FUNDAMENTALES. Prorrogar la restriccion a nivel nacional de las garantias constitucionales establecidas en los articulos 69, 78, 81, 84, 99 y 103 de la Constitucion de la Republica, emitida mediante Decreto Ejecutivo en Consejo de Secretarios de Estado numero PCM-078-2020, publicado en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta en Fecha 09 de agosto del 2020, Edicion No. 35,338. Dicha restriccion sera efectiva a partir del veinticuatro (24) de agosto hasta el seis (06) de septiembre del 2020.

Prorrogar por siete (7) dias, efectivo a partir del veinte (20) de Agosto del presente año, hasta el veintises (26) del mismo mes y año, la restriccion a nivel nacional de las garantias constitucionales establecidas en los articulos 69, 78, 81, 84, 99 y 103 de la Constitucion de la Republica, emitida mediante Decreto Ejecutivo en Consejo de Secretarios de Estado numero PCM-021-2020, reformado por los Decretos Ejecutivos PCM-022-2020, PCM-023-2020, PCM-026-2020, PCM-028-2020, PCM-031-2020, PCM-033-2020, PCM-036-2020, PCM-040-2020, PCM-042-2020, PCM-045-2020, PCM-047-2020, PCM-048-2020, PCM-052-2020, PCM-053-2020, PCM-056-2020, PCM-057-2020, PCM-059-2020 y PCM-063-2020.
DE LAS MEDIDAS DE RESTRICCION A DERECHOS FUNDAMENTALES. Decretar la restriccion a nivel nacional de las garantias constitucionales establecidas en los articulos 69, 78, 81, 84, 99 y 103 de la Constitucion de la Republica, emitida mediante Decreto Ejecutivo en Consejo de Secretarios de Estado numero PCM-021-2020, y sus reformas. Dicha restriccion sera efectiva a partir del veintinueve (29) de julio hasta el seis (09) de agosto del 2020.
“PRORROGA DE LAS MEDIDAS DE RESTRICCION A DERECHOS FUNDAMENTALES. Prorrogar la restricción a nivel nacional de Garantías Constitucionales establecidas en los Artículos 69, 78, 81, 84, 99 y 103 de La Constitución de la República, emitida mediante Decreto Ejecutivo en Consejo de Secretarios de Estado Número PCM-092-2020, publicado en el Diario Oficial “La Gaceta en fecha 20 de Septiembre del 2020. Edición N. 35,377. Dicha Restricción será efectiva a partir del veintiocho (28) de Septiembre hasta el cuatro (04) de octubre del año dos mil veinte (2020).
QUEDAN RESTRINGIDAS A NIVEL NACIONAL, POR UN PLAZO DE 7 DíAS A PARTIR DE LA APROBACIÓN Y PUBLICACIÓN DE ESTE DECRETO EJECUTIVO LAS GARANTíAS CONSTITUCIONALES ESTABLECIDAS EN LOS ARTíCULOS 69, 71, 72, 78, 81, 84, 93, 99, Y 103 DE LA CONSTITUCIÓN DE LA REPÚBLICA, DEBIENDO REMITIRSE A LA SECRETARIA DEL CONGRESO NACIONAL PARA LOS EFECTOS DE LEY.
PRORROGAR 7 DíAS DE RESTRICCIÓN A NIVEL NACIONAL DE LAS GARANTíAS CONSTITUCIONALES ESTABLECIDAS EN LOS ARTíCULOS 69, 71, 72, 78, 81, 84, 93, 99, Y 103 DE LA CONSTITUCIÓN DE LA REPÚBLICA EFECTIVO A PARTIR DEL 29 DE MARZO DEL PRESENTE AÑO. LO ANTERIOR EN ARAS DE SALVAGUARDAR LA VIDA DE LA POBLACIÓN HONDUREÑA ANTE LOS NUEVOS CASO DE LA PANDEMIA COVID-19, SIENDO NECESARIAS ESTAS MEDIDAS EXTRAORDINARIAS PARA CONTENER A NIVEL NACIONAL LA PROPAGACIÓN DEL VIRUS Y MITIGAR LOS IMPACTOS NEGATIVOS EN LA SALUD DE LAS PERSONAS, Y SOBRE TODO SALVAR VIDAS.
PRORROGA DE LAS MEDIDAS DE RESTRICCION A DERECHOS FUNDAMENTALES. Prorrogar por siete (7) dias, efectivo a partir del 19 de abril del presente año, la restriccion a nivel nacional de las garantias constitucionales establecidas en los articulos 69, 78, 81, 84, 99 y 103 de la Constitucion de la Republica, emitida mediante Decreto Ejecutivo en Consejo de Secretarios de Estado numero PCM-021-2020, reformado por los Decretos Ejecutivos PCM-022-2020, PCM-023.2020, PCM-026-2020, PCM-028-2020 y PCM-031-2020, publicado en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta numero 35,224, en fecha 11 de abril del 2020.
